The members of the Patapsco River (MD) Chapter are committed to providing exemplary service to the citizens of Baltimore County. The chapter focuses its efforts around The Links, Incorporated's five facets, Services to Youth, The Arts, National Trends and Services, International Trends and Services and Health and Human Services. Annually, the members provide over 2,000 hours of public service to our seniors through programs at the Patapsco Valley Center and to our youth through partnerships with Woodmoor Elementary School and Woodlawn Senior High School.
