As President of the Patapsco River (MD) chapter of The Links, Incorporated, it is an honor to showcase our amazing chapter on this website. Since our chartering on March 31, 1990, the Patapsco River (MD) Chapter has provided thousands of service hours annually. The Patapsco River (MD) Chapter fulfills our mission through commitment to friendship and service that uplifts the Baltimore County community, supports transformational chapter-led and collaborative programming, and enhances the plight of everyone through positive change that overcomes the geo-political and socio-economic barriers that often divide us.

We are committed to empowering others to be the change you seek. The Patapsco River (MD) Chapter has embraced the theme – The POWER OF ONE: One Vision, One Chapter, One Voice. This theme reflects the power in the collective ONE that can overcome any challenges while meeting them head on. More importantly, we hope we are a reflection of the vision of our great organization which is “Linked in Service, Connected in Friendship”.
